Breakfast – delicious as always and a nice start into our 2nd day in Dublin. I chose the poched eggs with toast and tomato today and it was fabulous.

Today we had a sightseeing tour, where we could see many awesome buildings and places of the city, such as Guinness Storehouse, Phoenix Park, O’Connell Street and more. We used the green “Hop on Hop off” busses, because we got a day ticket and so you can use the green busses the whole day to get very easy to some places. The best thing of the green “Hop on Hop off” bus is the possibility of a live storytelling guide, which is talking about every important sight, building and place of Dublin on the route. The guide is whether the bus drivers themselves or a recorded voice.

After the sightseeing tour, some of us decided to visit the “Guinness Storehouse”. I can highly recommend the storehouse, because there you get information about how the Guinness is brewed, what it makes so special and after that, you could buy souvenirs. The storehouse was filled with awesome things to buy, such as T-Shirts, firelighter, bottle openers and cards.

After the “Guinness Storehouse” we took the bus to get to the “Phoenix Park” and there we listened to music and played card games. The “Phoenix Park” is a very clean and awesome looking place, where you can relax and enjoy your day. One hour later, we decided to go to a restaurant. We searched round about an hour for a good restaurant. Therefore, we went to “The Oval Bar” and there we had a tasty dinner.
